This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
A few year ago I saw some Southern box cars. I sure miss seeing the logo!
I have family history on the PRR staring in 1923. My great grandfather and his sons (grand father and great uncle), also worked for the PRR, then PC, then Conrail. My great uncle also worked for Amtrak.
You're welcome. Do you have any of the old PRR memorabilia from the family? I have a friend who works for NS and was hired on by the PRR. He tells me it matters if you hired on with PRR and SOU.

Live for something rather than die for nothing. GENERAL GEORGE S. PATTON, JR.
I do have some. I am lookig for the Conductor's hat badge from the PRR. Someone in the family got rid of my great grandfather's uniform, but I do have his hat. He retired from the PRR in 1960. I do have his letter and certificate of retirement. I also have a conductor's jacket from the PC. It has it's buttons and lapel pins on it. I also have my grand father's PC hat with the conductor's badge, and by great uncle's phase 1 Amtrak hat and trainman's badge. I have old BRRT union pins and a union roster from 1970. I also have some PRR conductor's lapel pins.
I have a PRR photp of my great grandfather and the his train crew taken by a PRR K4s. I do not know tha date or location, but it was taken at a station. The locomotive was also clean and shiny.
I also have a picture of him and a co-worker taken in 1923 by a wooden PRR caboose.
My great uncle is the only one still living. He is in his mid 80's. As he finds things he sends them to me.
I do have lots of child hood memorie of my grandfather taking us to the Buckeye Yard in Columbus, OH. We got to ride the switchers, and watch the hump yard and go into the control tower and watch them push buttons the aligned the switches to allow car classification and train make up as each car was pushed over the hump.
The NW was partially owned by the PRR. I do not know the timeframe when the PRR gave up it's stake in the NW. I did not like the Southern merging w/NW, nor did I like the SP being taken over by UP.
My father inlaw is also a train nut, and has lots of stuff, like steam whistles and air horns, crossing gates, semaphores, harp switch stands, tons of dining car place settings, and he even has a Santa Fe caboose. I want a freight car as well.

A birthday is just a day, you say.
But it's a special day.
It's the day you first changed the world.

Keep staring.
